Program Details

Want to crush your next 5k? Or looking to improve your running/walking skills? Join us for Campus Recreation's first running program! The class will consist of speed work on the outdoor gravel track, cross training with intervals and body weight exercises, and pairing up with someone at the same pace for endurance training. All classes can be modified based on the abilities of the group. *In the case of imclement weather, class will meet at the indoor track.
